Tom Thumb, Goldilocks, The Three Little Pigs, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Little Red Riding Hood, The Ugly Duckling, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, The Tin Soldier, and, finally, a fantastic character by Giulia Pintus, La Ciopi: all the most beautiful fairytales and nursery rhymes – those that have made and continue to make children and grownups dream – are reinterpreted by famous illustrators of children's books.
From paper to fabric, it is only a short step. This is how the IllustraBimbi project was born: a line of fabrics that become wearable fairytales, linking fashion and children's books. Francesca Chessa, Anna Laura Cantone, Francesca Assirelli, Laura Rigo are just a few of the artists who took part in the project, transforming their creativity into unique and original prints, each with its own style.
