CONDITIONS OF USE
Tickets purchased through the PITTISMART app can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. They cannot be transferred, duplicated, converted into paper tickets, or refunded. To enter the fair, you must show your electronic ticket on a mobile device (smartphone/tablet) together with a valid ID. The app supports iOS and Android ( Blackberry  and Windows Phone are not supported).

You can get tickets for yourself and your co-workers directly from your MyPitti account.
Please note that all tickets must be displayed using the PITTISMART app. 

 

1. Access MyPitti using your username and password.
2. If required, complete your registration by providing the requested documents. Pitti Bimbo is reserved for those who have completed the registration process and have received a confirmation email from the Pitti Immagine Visitor Office.
3. To reserve tickets for your coworkers, insert their names on MyPitti. Please note that each coworker must have a unique email address, which will be used as their username to access the PittiSmart app.

The event is reserved for trade professionals and is not open to the general public.
Categories admitted to the event:
- Boutiques, retail stores, retail chains, multi-brand online stores.
- Importers, exporters, and distributors
- Buying offices 
- Clothing sector representatives
- Suppliers* 
* Entry regulations for new suppliers depend on the type of business. In particular, only companies involved in the production of raw materials or product finishing are eligible.
The following types of companies are therefore admitted: spinning, wool, weaving mills, and labelling companies, packaging companies etc.
Admission will not be granted to website programmers, web ranking companies, market analysts, forwarders, modelling agencies, financial companies, brand developers, travel agencies, etc.)

Children under 12 years old of age are not permitted to enter the event. However, parents may authorise the entry of children under 12  at their own responsibility by signing a consent form at the entrance to the event. Children aged 12 and over may enter with a regular digital ticket.

- Fashion lovers and end customers.

Documents required for registration:
A) Company documents
- A clothing purchase invoice issued by a brand participating in the fair or by a well-known brand 
- A copy of the company’s Chamber of Commerce registration
B) Personal Documents
- A document proving that you operate on behalf of the company (e.g. business card, letter of appointment)
- An Identity document

Pitti Immagine offers all buyers a free one-way train ticket from Florence to Pisa Airport.
Tickets can be requested directly at the ACI Blueteam agency desk at the Fortezza da Basso.
Please note that tickets cannot be issued or reimbursed for travel from Pisa Airport to Florence.

Located 100 km from Florence, Bologna’s airport is connected to Florence by train and bus services.
