the Special Workshop by Massimilino Alvisi to become a Successful Retailer
How do you manage a successful store? How can you stand out in an increasingly complex and competitive market? How can you effectively use social media? These are the questions that retail entrepreneur Massimiliano Alvisi, the founder of the Shop Survivor course, the largest training event in Italy for business growth among retailers, will answer. During the days of Pitti Bimbo in Florence, buyers and industry professionals will have the opportunity to listen to his advice. On Wednesday, June 19, at 3:00 PM in the Networking Lounge, Alvisi will host a special version of his workshop at the Fortezza, tailored to the specific needs of kidswear retail and the right strategies to overcome the big challenges of the current times.

The figures from those who have followed the lessons learned at Shop Survivor speak of a 350% database growth, a 16% increase in average turnover, a 22% increase in net margin, and a staggering 500% increase in social media visibility. It's no surprise that the Shop Survivor method has been chosen not only by individual retailers but also by major industry groups. For this reason, Pitti Bimbo has made it a central event in the training course offered to operators arriving at the fair in June.
Shop Survivor x Pitti Bimbo
In the workshop organized for the summer edition of Pitti Bimbo, Alvisi will share his knowledge and valuable advice on making a difference in the competitive world of retail. Specifically, his presentation will focus on three key aspects:

1. Effective use of social media: In an era where social media has become an indispensable tool for any business, knowing how to utilize it best can make the difference between success and failure. He will outline the most effective strategies for increasing online visibility, engaging customers, and building a loyal community around your brand.

2. Key elements for managing a successful store: Alvisi will discuss how to organize the store layout, manage inventory, train staff, and maintain high customer service. With practical examples and case studies, he will provide insights into managing an efficient and profitable store.

3. Ideas to stand out:In a saturated market, differentiation is key to standing out and attracting customer attention. Alvisi will share innovative ideas and creative strategies to distinguish oneself from the competition. From enhancing unique features to creating distinctive in-store experiences, he will explore various ways to make one's store a landmark in the area.
