Our story begins in 1987 from a small family bakery. We have always been oriented towards the production of good, pure and fair bread, made according to the principles of artisanal production that involves a few manual processing steps, a slow leavening process and the total exclusion of any food additives or preservatives. Our willingness to experiment, try and taste has led us to develop other product lines, in
addition to the classic one, and to be distributed not only in Italy, but also in many countries around the world.
However, what has not changed are the principles that have always distinguished us: quality, craftsmanship and genuineness.
