The inspiration behind FEAST comes from the big family gatherings held during holiday time, when everyone dresses up and look pretty. The big beautiful oak table is set with all the textures and colors in Hacienda-style houses. The food is displayed at the center, in silver ornate platters, homemade dishes, family recipes, there is candlelit lightning, velvet mantles and embroidered napkins with family monograms…old and young sit, dressed in their best outfits, there is light music on the background.  It is a beautiful image, though the scenery is quite dark, there is light beaming from every person delighted to be sharing this special day with love ones.  Most of all, is about reunite with the family, passing tradition, cooking together, and having a FEAST.
