The design and consultancy platform for retail The Playful Living traces a new store's profile for children in the digital age.

At home, as in the shop, playful design creates atmospheres of well-being. Playfulness to show and talk about important content in a light way, to attract first, welcome later, and satisfy eventually.

Designing a sales experience means designing a shopping experience: putting yourself on the side of the "person", their needs, interests, desires, knowledge, and perceptions. Playing means involving and intriguing; it means letting "buyer" adults and "user" children participate in a game that can end up in a sale.

Multi product, multi brand, multi channel, multi language and multi culture, to be told first and directly experienced second. The purchase, on and offline, turns out to be the final result, not the univocal motivation.

All this is The Playful Living for Retail, a consultancy and design platform, dealing in information/training and projects, focusing on the family, with children, extended and contemporary, intended as the center of varied communities of adults.

The program will present a series of talks around the theme of retail and how emotions have changed it in recent years, also considering the current events that have influenced the shopping experience, too. Multiple points will be touched, from rethinking the spaces after the emergency up to new store models. There will be discussions about hospitality, multi-tasking, and multi-emotions.

A 360-degree view of what future stores will look like, a set of exciting ideas strictly presented in a "Playful" way.
