Illustrabimbi was born in 2018, with the idea of transforming fairy tales and nursery rhymes into "pages" to wear.
The world of kids fashion is intertwined with that of children's literature and the most beloved carol’s characters, designed by talented illustrators and then transferred to poplin, twill and jersey.
But not just any fabric.
Attention to the production chain and respect for the environment has always been an essential feature of the brand. First Oeko-Tex and then GOTS certification characterize our mission.
In addition, the new collection introduced the SEAQUEL fabric: a polyester fiber, which has a variable content of plastic recovered from the oceans and post-consumer recycled polymers from terrestrial sources. We have chosen a mix of 70% "sea" and 30% "land". We used it to produce waterproof jackets, the perfect garment to enhance SEAQUEL’s characteristics.
Garments are tailored in Italy. Likewise much of the fabrics are printed in Italy, and in some cases in Germany or Poland (therefore always within the EU): a guarantee of quality and traceability.

The combination of high quality raw materials (organic and eco-sustainable) and the excellence of the artists, such as Nicoletta Costa, who signs the Pitti collection Pitti, makes Illustrabimbi a brand with an original and absolutely unique style.
