Over 17 years of empirical experience and study in the field of Organic Farming and 11 in Biodynamic Farming, Zolla14 traced its ideal line undertaken in the summer of 2005.
The farm's growing area, located in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana (north of Venice), is crisscrossed by resurgent watercourses and protected by 2 km of historic native hedges under landscape constraint, in addition to 1,300 new plants planted between 2021 and 2023.
Much of the area is set aside for eight varieties of apple trees and the same number of peach trees. One area is set aside for seasonal vegetables and another for the cultivation of ancient grains (mono and dicocco spelt), quinoa, and altoleic sunflower.
