Brand Profile
Pamboo is a registered Swiss brand for sustainable kids’ and baby clothes. We have been on the market since 2015.
Children are the greatest inspiration for us. They have inspired our current product lines: organic unisex baby clothes, the merino kids' collection with seamless underwear and wool sweaters, and hand-printed bed linen. With our funny T-shirts and stickers featuring emojis, animals and other fabulous characters, we want to inspire children to dream and express their feelings. And Pamboo is always on the move. Our next Jeans collection is already in the works. Let us surprise you in spring 2021!
Pamboo – We love to care
"We love to care" is our motto. That's why we attach great importance to an ethical and sustainable production of our fashion. We produce our collections in small batches and create long-lasting pieces in a timeless design. Pamboo uses certified organic materials from small suppliers. We have our pieces made in small factories. During production we try to reduce textile waste as much as possible.
Unbleached and undyed organic cotton for sensitive children’s skin
For our products we use organic cotton. Organic means that the cotton has not been treated with pesticides or insecticides during its growth. The seeds of organic cotton have not been genetically modified. Our cotton is also undyed and unbleached. Therefore, no chemical dyes or bleaches are used in the production of our fabrics. This way we protect the environment and avoid the emission of toxic wastewater. On the other hand, natural cotton is much softer and more comfortable to wear. Our cuddly soft fashion without chemical residues is perfectly suitable for the sensitive skin of babies, toddlers and children.
The fabrics of our baby clothes are certified according to Organic Content Standard 100 (OCS 100). Our T-shirts carry the GOPCA label and the fabrics of our bed linen are certified according to GOTS. Our merino wool comes from an organic farm. The farm does not use the controversial mulesing procedure on their sheep. Our merino products carry the "Woolmark" label.
