A world designed for children

This is the second episode dedicated to the Fancy Room section, which has always promoted the most innovative kids & family lifestyle ideas: a journey into the future, to preview what mothers and fathers will want for their baby and what children will love and take with them, adventure after adventure.

Trixie

All you need to design the bedroom with a fresh and imaginative style. The choice of colors is very creative: terracotta for the sleep bag, baby blue for the baby food accessories, mint green for the containers, ocher yellow for the carpet, and gray shades for the cradle.

The Belgian brand became famous for its colorful Play & Go storage bag/play mat: children can have fun and dream as long as they want, while parents can collect all the toys by simply pulling the strings, which will transform the comfy play mat into a large sack.

Llttle Unicorn

Cuddles and tenderness translate into simple and functional objects helping mothers and fathers taking care of their babies. The brand promotes the practice of "swaddling", which consists in wrapping the newborn in delicate cotton muslin sheets to make him feel welcomed and safe. And also, covers, sleep bags and sponges, all decorated with original prints.

Brand of Fond of Bags, the German company leader in Europe for the production of backpacks of all kinds. For the little ones, here are the animal-shaped backpacks, made with 50% recycled plastic, as well as equipped with hi-vis details. Great attention to ergonomics. The backrest is in breathable materials.

Jaq Jaq Bird

The brand is the brainchild of Grace, a South Korean-American mother: her first invention was the roll-up blackboard/placemat. Grace began selling the few pieces she had created with her hands, but the turning point came when HGTV (an American TV channel) asked her to use her board for an episode of a TV series. The success was immediate.

Mellipou

When she was about to become a mother, Marie Valton desperately looked for a music box for her daughter but couldn't find what she wanted. Thus her first creation was born: a cloud-shaped music box with a very special lullaby: Michael Jackson's "Thriller"! She has been making musical objects ever since.

Mr & Mrs Tin is a new brand of handmade toys. Small robots with a vintage feel, made with care and respect, designed for children, and very popular with adults. They are born out of the ten-year passion for tin toys of the brand founder, who over the years has created a small toy museum based in Belgium and called #alainstoymuseum.
